How do I purchase Caitlin McGauley wallpaper and textiles?  

Caitlin McGauley wallpaper and textiles are available to the trade via these showrooms. For retail customers, please email here for pricing info and to purchase.

What is the timing for wallpaper and textile orders?

Once a P.O. is placed, wallpaper will be shipped between 5 and 6 weeks. Textiles are shipped between 3 and 4 weeks. A rush option is available for $350. The rush timeline varies, please inquire about the rush timeline before your order is placed if you are interested in this option. 

What is the return policy for wallpaper and textiles?

All wallpaper and textile purchases are final sale. Wallpaper must be hung by a professional wallpaper hanger and inspected before hanging. No claims may be made after the wallpaper is hung. 

What information do I need for ordering wallpaper?

You will need to have a professional wallpaper hanger measure your space. The wallpaper hanger can determine how much wallpaper you will need based on the unique repeat and width of the pattern that you are ordering. 

*This applies to every pattern in the collection except for Butterflies, Tree Mural, and Flora white wallpaper. This paper is hung in panels so you must also give the measurements of each wall to your showroom in addition to the final yardage amount given to you by your wallpaper hanger.

What makes grasscloth wallpaper different from traditional wallpaper?

Grasscloth wallpaper is a natural product. It is woven with natural fibers that give the finished product a certain unevenness. Being handmade and handstained, it is common that shades will vary from roll to roll, and from end to end of a single roll. This is part of the beauty of the product. Care should be taken not to allow adhesive or water on the wallcovering surface. Any paste or water on the surface of the wallcovering will discolor the wallcovering and cause staining or discoloration to the product. For these reasons we urge you to take extra care in examining the rolls before you hang, and during the actual installation.
